Email info@mxduro.co.uk. Include the email used for your account and a short description, but never send passwords, login codes or payment-card details.

Signing in and recovering your profile

Use the same email address you originally verified. MXDuro links that verified identity to one permanent account and profile. If a code does not arrive, check spam, confirm the address and try again after a short wait before contacting support.

Delete your MXDuro account

On iOS or Android, open your account menu, then Settings → Delete account. If your installed version does not show this option, use the email route below. Review the deletion and subscription information, complete any requested sign-in verification, type DELETE and confirm. On Android, also tick the subscription acknowledgement before confirming.

You can request deletion without installing or opening the app: email info@mxduro.co.uk from the email address registered to your MXDuro account, with the subject “MXDuro account deletion”. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never email passwords or login codes.

Account deletion removes your profile and associated personal content. Limited safety, fraud-prevention and transaction records may be retained where necessary; see Retention and deletion in our Privacy policy. Cancel any Apple or Google Play subscription separately in the store where you subscribed.

Subscriptions

Core features are free. Paid features, when offered, will show price and terms before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google Play are managed and cancelled in that store’s subscription settings. Account deletion does not itself cancel a store subscription.

Listings, conduct and safety

Use the report action on the relevant rider, message, ride, event, feed post or business so the moderation team receives the correct context. For urgent danger call 999. The Safety centre explains MXDuro’s location and younger-rider protections.
